I am very happy with the BMW 1 series I bought from Kernow Kars earlier this year. Everyone is extremely helpful and the follow up customer service is excellent. They have answered several minor queries on the phone and were happy to check a couple of things for me without an appointment. My partner also bought a car from them. I would recommend them. They are honest and really know their stuff.

Don't get on the wrong side of this business, any complaints are dealt with by a very unprofessional and intimidating man, who will say anything to avoid responsibility. A very harrowing experience all in all. He didn't listen and told many pointless lies to evince himself of any blame. No apologies, just a patronising tirade. Would not recommend...

Really poor service by James in the service department, totally misdiagnosed about a fuel pressure problem.Told us would need to have the injectors taken and sent off for testing and that the car would be off the road for a week. Took the car to a proper Landrover specialist and with minutes found out all it was was just a blocked fuel filter £30 fix.He cost me hundreds of pounds having the car collected and transported to another garage. Spoke to james and told him I wasn’t impressed and he just slammed the phone down on me! Very poor service which was a shame really as the first job he did on the car he did well.

Very happy i went to Kernow Kars to buy my car. Everyone was extremely freindly and helpful even after buying the car. Car had an issue 1 day after taking delivery, and within 30mins they had delivered me a courtesy car for the duration of the repair process which was covered in full under their warranty. Once the car was fixed they delivered it back to me. Many thanks to Christian, Tom and the service team for all their help!

Bought a Renault Modus from Kernow Kars last week but 4 days later the car conked out I was very cross but it turned out that Playing Place petrol station was selling petrol with water in, the Modus was a really nice car but I then decided to go for another car from Kernow Kars and they agreed I could do this and I’ve now got a really nice Renault Clio estate I’m very pleased and I would recommend Kernow Kars Penryn Many Thanks Clive

Thank you Christian and the team. I bought a golf six months ago. It needed some paintwork doing, but as it was going to be difficult getting it in, Christian arranged for me to take it to another garage nearer home. Also a service, six months hence was promised. Both promises honoured. The car has been completely reliable and I will go to Kernow Kars again!

Bought an old high miles 4 by 4 from Kernow Kars to run around in. It was priced sensibly and they have carried out all the servicing and occasional repairs ever since. It must be the lowest cost per mile vehicle I have ever owned. A Local family business working hard to provide a service, when it finally gives up, I'll call them first.

Having just collected my Clio from here today I was very happy with the honest service I received. Whilst it was in for some repairs I also spoke to the salesman about possibly changing it and found his advice honest and refreshing. I will be going back.
